What does the job actually look like?
You build a calendar from warm leads, referrals, and your own outreach. You get on Zoom and tell a family the truth about what happens to the mortgage if the paycheck stops. Thirty to forty-five minutes. Then you do it again. Every week somebody sits on your calls and tells you what to run differently.
How does the pay work?
Commission. 1099. No salary and no draw — what you earn tracks how many appointments you run and how well you run them. New business advances on a schedule, policies that stay on the books pay renewals for years. We'll show you the real numbers in the interview instead of posting them on a website. You never pay us a dollar to join.
Can I really build this around my family?
That's the reason I'm here. You set your own appointment times, you work from home, and nobody assigns you a weekend. Working families are easiest to reach in the evening, so plan on some of those — but the calendar is yours, and so are the school pickups, the games, and the dinners.
Who do we serve?
Union, credit union, and association families — trades, transportation, public safety, education — and the people standing behind them. Some raise their hand first and come to you as warm leads. The rest you go find through referrals, presentations, and outreach. We train both.
Is this really 100% remote?
Completely. Training, coaching, and every appointment happen over Zoom. You need solid internet, a webcam, and a quiet place to take a call. Where you live doesn't matter.
Do I need experience or a license?
Neither. Most of our people came from outside insurance — service, trades, military, teaching, retail. If you're already licensed, say so and we'll cut weeks off your onboarding.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes, with real evening and weekend availability — that's when working families are home.
How soon can I start earning?
Once you're licensed and contracted, which is the law rather than our rule. Most people are taking appointments three to five weeks after applying.
What if I'm not sure I can do this?
Nobody is. Apply and let the interview answer it — worst case you spend forty-five minutes and learn something about yourself.
